App has lots of potential. Having some connectivity issues with the alarm control panel. Seems to fail on occasion and I have to go out and come back in. Would like to see when my doors open and close in the event notifications, but tech support hasnt responded back to me yet regarding if or how this is possible.

Need to erase and re-install the application continuously to make it work! Even with the latest update! Other then that it is well design when it is working.

This application is absolutely awful, we are talking about the security of my house and you cant even keep this app from crashing constantly, not connecting, and giving me constant error messages! What is the point of an app for the security of my house if it never works?! FIX THIS APP NOW!

This app works great, I can control my alarm system from my work and adjust the thermostat from my iphone. The app alerts me when my kids gets home from school, amazing what technologies can do these days!

For the last few days this app hasnt been working! You need to fix this! For something that was told we use our iPhone isnt even working!

Hello. This app hasnt worked for the past few weeks. I havent been able to login at all. Titan said I should contact you guys instead of them... When it did work it wasnt too bad.

The app works well with Source Security but wont feel like a true iPhone app until it uses the iPhones notification system. Currently users can only be notified of events by email ( a real pain as it fills up your in box ) or by text message ( which cant be set up if your phone is on the Rogers network ). Add notifications if you want 5 stars!

Keeps crashing on log-in, and fails to connect properly. Very unhappy as this is a service I pay for to use with security. Still buggy after update that claimed to fix issues.

Really? This app is utterly useless to me and my security system. Works about 5-10% of the time and never the same results twice in a row. This utility is supposed to be the reason I bought the system in the first place...DO NOT BUY SYSTEMS THAT USE THIS APP!!

The event page is difficult to read. The print for the time and date is too small and the color scheme forces you to turn the brightness up high in order to make it readable. Also, there is no option to rotate the screen or to magnify and make the print larger. Otherwise, the app is okay for my limited useage.

This app is terrible. Crashes all the time. Cant log In! How is this a home securely app?! Fix this app! It is down right despicable!

Cmon honeywell, fix this damn app! when I change the temperature setting on my zwave honeywell thermostat using this app, it does change temperature, but only in two sets, either 40C or 4.5C. So, if I set it on 20C, the temperature on my local thermostat, is 40C. If I set to17C, it will set to 4.5C. Well, not to mentioned, it crashes most of the time. What a joke.

Bug in the Events section. It prompts with an error about database date when the phone is set to use Canadian French Regional settings. (my phone langage is set to English) Il y a un bug dans la section "Events". Il affiche un message derreur par rapport aux dates de la base de données si les paramètre régionaux du iPhone sont à Canadien Français.

Work fines, except for the bug in Events, which is embarassing for Honeywell. Also, if you are on Fido or videotron, you cannot get SMS messages, unacceptable for me. Without this it would be 5 stars.

Useless app unable to program schedules into alarm system if you dont have a computer science degree dont bother with this app

Brand new up grade to place of business and home with Honeywell Lynx 5200. The installer raved about all these high tech features with the total connect app. Terrible it grinds away and doesnt open up. Originally could control smart lock and overhead garage door now nothing only grinds away. Very discouraged with the whole security system,would almost go back to my old security system Fix please, no tech support from Honeywell they say they are dealer supplier and you have to talk only to installer

Its nice to be able to check to see if youre alarm is set or turn it on or off. But under Automations it doesnt allow me to control my house temperature or lighting whatsoever like it does when you take a "test drive" of the app.
