This app works great, I can control my alarm system from my work and adjust the thermostat from my iphone. The app alerts me when my kids gets home from school, amazing what technologies can do these days!
I initially posted that the new version doesnt work and only opens with a blank screen. This is true, however, it seems that the issue is with the fingerprint notification not appearing when the app is first opened after the update. After unlocking the app with the fingerprint reader and re-entering my login info, all is well.
Great app allows me to connect to home alarm, thermostat, and doors. Mobile app has a nice layout- easy to navigate. I like the updated version requesting code be entered prior to disarming.
Issues: sometimes doesnt stay connected to panel, have to close app & try again. Thermostat and app are 1/2 degree off. Notifications stopped working, cant seem to fix.
Improvement: Have multiple locations to connect to - would be nice to have a drop down menu to keep other location login credentials instead of manually entering each time for each. Keep up the good work
This App has worked good for my purpose except that most of the time the bulb sign shows the light is on but actually they are not. I have to check through my security camera to confirm. It turn the light on after trying two or three times.
The notifications I get when my back door is left open is very helpful. Thanks !
Super fast, controls alarm panel, door lock, lights and builds scenes very easily! Im a fan, love it. Will say you need high speed internet at home to make it worth while (i.e. 70mbps or better).
Some bad moments
Need to erase and re-install the application continuously to make it work! Even with the latest update! Other then that it is well design when it is working.
This application is absolutely awful, we are talking about the security of my house and you cant even keep this app from crashing constantly, not connecting, and giving me constant error messages! What is the point of an app for the security of my house if it never works?! FIX THIS APP NOW!
Hello. This app hasnt worked for the past few weeks. I havent been able to login at all. Titan said I should contact you guys instead of them... When it did work it wasnt too bad.
Keeps crashing on log-in, and fails to connect properly. Very unhappy as this is a service I pay for to use with security. Still buggy after update that claimed to fix issues.
Really? This app is utterly useless to me and my security system. Works about 5-10% of the time and never the same results twice in a row. This utility is supposed to be the reason I bought the system in the first place...DO NOT BUY SYSTEMS THAT USE THIS APP!!
The event page is difficult to read. The print for the time and date is too small and the color scheme forces you to turn the brightness up high in order to make it readable. Also, there is no option to rotate the screen or to magnify and make the print larger. Otherwise, the app is okay for my limited useage.
