Terrible app

Brand new up grade to place of business and home with Honeywell Lynx 5200.
The installer raved about all these high tech features with the total connect app. Terrible it grinds away and doesnt open up. Originally could control smart lock and overhead garage door now nothing only grinds away. Very discouraged with the whole security system,would almost go back to my old security system
Fix please, no tech support from Honeywell they say they are dealer supplier and you have to talk only to installer
