Will no longer work on my Apple Watch since this last update.

... the app disarms my system but continues to say "disarming" on my phone even though the system is disarmed. I have logged out, rebooted my phone to no avail. Ergo now the app is useless as a way to check the security of my home.

Worked great until the January 2016 update. Now I cant arm my system from my phone. Please help.

After the last update my system at home and the app are out of sync sometimes. My app shows armed and the system is actually disarmed. I have to go home to arm the system and then get the app back in sync. This has never happened before the last update.

All of a sudden it wont sync with my security panel. Itll say its armed away when Im sitting in my house. Wont allow you to do anything from the app. No one can figure out the issue. Never had any issues before this but now its useless for us.

Was good before the Jan. 2016 update. Now it just says that its doing something and never does it. It also always gives the incorrect status of my system! They really should fix this soon!

Every since Ive updated the app I cant arm and disarm constantly! Now the app says my alarm is armed on stay and its not even armed! Its stuck saying the same thing even after uninstalling the app and turning my phone off and then back on and reinstalling the app, still the same thing . Very frustrated right now.

All of a sudden the app is no longer synced with the system. It says armed away when the system has not been armed. Worked fine before the update. Very inconvenient since it basically gives a false sense of security and Im paying extra for an app that doesnt work.

When I got my Watch, I was thrilled there was a Total Connect version. The bug is this, I can arm the panel from the watch but when I do, it says "bad or no connection" try again. But the panel arms anyway and a few moments later, Watch says "armed stay".

The ONLY thing that works on this app is it tells me if the alarm is set or not, but we are unfortunately unable to turn it on or off via the app. The app was one of the features we liked too.

Can not arm or disarm with shortcut keys. Only way I have found that works is to manually arm or disarm via the "keypad" screen in app.

I recently switched from ADT to another company and in comparison of ADT Pulse this App is so much better. Much easier to navigate as well it has more features and functions. I love that I can add and delete the alarm codes of my employees from anywhere. I use it everyday with no issues.

Last update killed the app. Lost sign in and finger print info. Just so I could stay signed in and drain my battery with a app running In the background. Needs a way to undo updates

I love it, and it works great. Needed improvements: 1. Add the "quick exit" button to the app! Dear lord I cant tell you how useful that would be to be able to come in or go out without disarming and rearming and waking everybody up. Its on the unit, put in on the app!!!!

I have to agree with others, I used to love this app and since the last update it will not sync and constantly shows the wrong status and will not change the status (armed to unarmed and vice versa) from the homepage. If I use the keypad in the app, it does show the right status and works fine, but not from the main page. Pretty disappointed and will remove soon if not corrected.

It would be so awesome if you would enable an icon badge that would indicate whether or not your system is armed. The letter A for armed Away, and the letter S for armed Stay. This way you wouldnt have to launch the app to know the current status of your alarm system.

This app is great, you should have it where we can get notifications when the alarm is going off

I am a security technician and there are many options for interactive services for security. This is my favorite and the most reliable. If you have problems with the app its most likely due to the equipment not the app itself. I would give 5 stars but there are a few features missing I would like to see like some more notifications i.e. Alarm.com app. And a quick "Arm Instant" button.

This app needs work. Many times app represents incorrect states of the alarm. It also times out frequently. Theres no use of notifications and this is silly as changes in my home alarm should have notifications. I am writing this to be constructive. I hope the developers can find this feedback helpful.
