This app was awesome at one time. Now I cant control any of my z wave devices. It has not worked for months what a waste!!

Worst app ever. Every time I try "disarm" with the app it doesnt disarm the system at all; I still walk in to a beeping alarm. Whats the point of being able to disarm and arm your system from your phone if it NEVER works? I was so excited for this but its just a waste of space on my phone.

Just had guardian switch our system from concord to Honeywell for two specific hardware needs. Boy, what a let down between this app and the guardian Alarm.com for the GE system. The GE/Guardian touch screens were also less money and had more features.

Response time for the app is a bit sluggish. The geofence option for alarm reminder is nice but I frequently find myself 5-7 miles (or ten minutes or so) beyond the limit before it sends a reminder. I guess if I am walking it would be a shorter distance (sarcasm).

Had I known the app was so bad, I would have likely gone with a different security company. It never has worked, and I am guessing that, based on the reviews, it never will.

The app works as intended and definitely makes life easier the 1 thing I would love is if they could incorporate the Touch ID so you didnt have to log in with the passcode. It would save so much time and make it simpler.

An update to require everyone to change their password...makes you wonder why said update and password change needed to happen?

I work late and my wife and kid are asleep when I get home. I use this app to deactivate the alarm ahead of time so that they dont have to listen to 30 seconds of beeping before I can reach a panel to disarm. Tonight at 12:15am as I arrive home from work, it insisted that I change my password. It would not let me do it later; it had to be done NOW or it wouldnt let me go any further in the app. Its dark, Im unlocking the front door; Im not coming up wiht a new password NOW. So guess what I got to do? Thats right... Everyone woke up to the alarm panels beeping before I could run in and turn them off. Great. Thanks guys. Would you think about your customers before enforcing your arbitrary password resets? Geez.

I support strong passwords. But truly strong ones are impossible to remember and LONG. Which is why I use a password manager. I have a strong password for TC, but I have to type it in since the developers disabled paste. There is no need for that.

This app works great with my new home automation system! Highly recommend.

Very slow. Automation screen show outdated device status. There is no way to synch or refresh to panel unless I toggle on the devices to force refresh. Even then it is not always reliable. Very disappointed.

Want an alarm system you can actually arm? Then find one that doesnt use this app. Impossible to actually arm the system using the app. So much for your monthly fee to have a secure house.

Ive been having troubles with this app loading for over a month. This morning I deleted and reinstalled, and it is operating much better. The app itself has a very basic format, but allows me access to everything I need. I can arm/disarm, bypass zones, and see a log of what times the alarm was armed/disarmed.

Dont see any way to have phone notifications. Only able to do text or email. App works and is improved over prior versions even if still appearing rudimentary and hard to navigate.

New update, nothings fixed. Been using TC for 4 months. My Lynx 7000 has a solid cellular signal but the connectivity is absolutely horrible. Might as well not even have it. You can only connect to the panel and control your automation about a third of the time.

I use this app to control my Vista 21ip control panel and the automation functions of Tuxedo Touch WiFi keypad with Z-Wave light switches. I would say it has a 99.9% success rate. When I first shut a light on or off there is a little bit of a delay but once that first light is changed they work instantly for the rest of the session. For arming/disarming there is about a 10 second delay but it doesnt bother me because Im normally not in the house to realize it. But if the app tells me the system is armed while Im away I can be confident that it is. Overall Id say this is a great app and security system. Of course theres always room for improvement but Honeywell currently has everyone else beat. For the people who have problems with it, I suspect "operator failure".

It worked great until an update on January 19, 2016. Now it wont load, delete, function!!!

Simply put, this app does what it needs to do for me to remotely control and monitor my residential system. The latest update seems to have improved interactivity speed.

I would like to see a feature giving the ability to add pictures to slideshow using TC app on iPhones added in a software update.

Latest update on App shows "Disarmed" when armed-- and conversely shows Armed when Disarmed! Fix please!
