Poor UX and UI

I hope someone from development actually reviews these UX Metrics because this app is pretty bad (no offense) I know you folks worked hard on this but some drastic improvements are needed.

1. It is incredibly slow: connecting to my alarm or door takes way too long. An average of 90-120 seconds. Sometime as long as 3.5 minutes.

2. Too many "click throughs" to unlock my front door, this option should be on the landing page along with the arm/disarm function for my alarm. Or you should be able to customize your "dashboard" with the 1 touch functionality you want.

3. The door lock/unlock icon does not represent the current state of the door lock. How am I supposed to be assured that my door is locked when the icon itself doesnt represent whether it is actually locked. I know it is SUPPOSED to do this but it is a major defect in the app.

4. Knit picking here but the UI itself is a bit dated and not very intuitive.
An upgrade there would be a welcome change.
