Comme dautres et suite à la mise à jour, jai tenté douvrir lapp mais javais uniquement une page blanche. En touchant lécran un peu partout vers le bas jai réussi à entrer. Il faut déconnecter, mettre à off "se souvenir de moi" fermer lapp et recommencer en remettant "se souvenir de moi" et utiliser le système dempreinte.
Consistently has issues and won’t let me arm or disarm through the app even though I can see all the codes are programmed and I am set as the master/administrator of the account.
This app barely works. When your doorbell rings and you pull up the app to see who’s there, it will either take a long time to login or take a long time for the camera to connect to which you have to just go to the door. Which defeats the purpose of it all. It also crashes majority of the time. If someone stills your packages off your porch, it will not catch the most important part. Meaning it will catch the vehicle pulling up and leaving bit the person getting out the car, walking up to your property & stealing your things. Of course they say I need to upgrade my equipment now but it has always done these things. I refuse to spend any more money with this company.
Can never reach central station
I can’t access sensors (arm/disarm) on my new iPhone 15 System works ok from fob, but not phone. I read alerts.
Was actually a pretty big fan of the software but the most recent update today seems to have nuked my ability to Get notified when the system arms and disarms. Even when I have notifications turned on on my iPhone.
Please add a dark mode to the app.
Never owned any app this slow. It’s like dial up internet and no it’s not my wi fi
The camera goes offline more often at random times and for no apparent reason
When things go wrong I can’t find any assistance.
I’m sick of these cameras taking so long to load. Sometimes I have to completely close down the app and reboot which obviously takes even longer. I really wish they worked better for what my wife and I paid for them.
Really like the convenience of the mobile app. However sometimes after setting the alarm via the app it tells me it’s not set or there is an issue with a sensor. I have to completely log out and log back in to see if it’s set. Shutting off the alarm via the app has no issues.
Expensive and not very user friendly. Any time I have an issue it requires a service tech visit which costs $100 +/-. The doorbell camera now requires a migration with SkyBell. Every time I try to migrate I get a name/password error message. That means I have to access the SkyBell app separately to see my doorbell camera and total connect for security. Looking forward to the end of my contract so I can find a better service.
This app is so incredibly slow to load or do anything, it drives me nuts and wastes so much time. Please fix this!!!
Not user friendly and really unimpressive for an important app.
Not reliable
The system is lacking in every way. You can’t delete unwanted videos or old activity. The platform is not user friendly and it’s very basic or generic. The cameras are subpar and the weather is displayed in my Home Screen where I don’t want it. I may go with another company soon
Support non existent. App is clumsy and unmanageable. Not what I would have expected for Honeywell
System is disappointing, door lock does not integrate well have to have different app for door bell and camera, no smart light switched available.
Horrible/ will not stay signed in. Works one day Craps out the next day. The complete opposite of convenience DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
It arms and disarms but is lacking in any substantial features. Sensors never fully clear properly but that doesn’t seem to affect the system. Additionally, why can’t we set up an auto-arm feature in case we forget to set it? My door locks have more smart features than this app and they don’t have a monthly fee!
The app crashes all the time. The sign in is slow. Terrible reliability.
I started having issues on day 3. After that time, it’s escalated to literally never arming my alarm system. Definitely not a good thing when you cannot arm & disarm your system.

I always have trouble with this ap to set my alarm from a remote location. I will never use this app again. Do not purchase this app if you are alarm shopping.
Never connects to the keypad, and when it does it takes forever to arm or disarm remotely. It’s not the connection, whether I’m on WiFi or not it does not work ever. Why even have an app if it’s going to be this bad. Worst app experience ever!
This app has never been stable. It’s been years of poor performance, regardless of device. Resideo does not have their act together and I don’t expect at this point things will improve. I’m stuck with the system I have, otherwise I would no longer use this app.
They came 3 times, and it seems that issue never resolves. I still don’t get notifications. At this point I’m willing to try ring.
Having the cell phone control over my alarm system has proven to be not only convenient, but it has made easier access to my home by family members when we’re out.
It’s no wonder Google nest is beating you 100 to 1 in sales. Even the “Sign in FAQs” on your webpage is a dead link. Just admit defeat, you’ve clearly already given up. What good is an app that you can’t even log into?

When you need it the most it the app doesn’t load and and icon just spins aimlessly. You have to close or crash the app and try again. This makes it useless to use for unlocking doors, checking camera, or changing thermostat settings. It takes me less time to just walk over and do it. Ive had my door bell rang and the app would not load the camera for me to see. This happens about 50% of the time. Sometimes my “home” layout in the app is magically missing half my zwave items. I will be switching security company to get away from this garbage.
Dustin finished installing our new security system last night and we love it! Picture quality is GREAT, camera locations are wonderful covering every area of our 1.3 acres. This system replaced a wireless system by A***o that was good but this one is really GREAT!! (and affordable). Highly recommended C&R Security in the Louisville area.
It never connects to the panel
New camera is much better than previous design.
Functionality - it’s all the normal homeowner needs. It does what it is designed to do. Love the Geofence (wife calls it the “I told you so” alert… it’s not flashy or blinks or really very pretty - but it works - and tomorrow is for input/improvements/new features. Kudos team.
miserable excuse for a security website. i will regret signing up with this company until the end of the contract when i can get someone else that uses a decent site.
App is losing sync with the main panel and devices. Have to manually sync to get the indoor temp to update. No graph of historical indoor temp either. I’ve had lots of problems over the years so nothing new.
If I could rate 0 I would. We have had nothing but trouble with this alarm system. Company changed over owners during our installment and new company knew nothing about what we paid for or how our system worked. Service man came out, charged us over 700.00, now less then year later we can no longer use our system again! Off ice said we can bypass sensors that don’t work, really? Is that how they fix things?! No wonder this has been a disaster from day one!
This app worked great on my android but when I tried to set up on iPhone I couldn’t log in. It won’t allow me to reset my password. Useless
I have to re load almost 90% of the time the first page locks up and won’t let you log in. Horrible app
Since November 2024 we have had to add our doorbell camera (First Alert), devices and weather back into the TC2.0 app several times a week. Periodically they all disappear from the app and this happens at random times of the day or night and on WiFi or 5G without warning. It is becoming very annoying. We never had this problem when we had a SkyBell doorbell camera but were told by Honeywell and our security system company that we should drop SkyBell due to compatibility issues with TC2.0. I hope Honeywell can fix the problem with Total Connect very soon.
The app is unable to connect to the system wirelessly and our vendor does not have an answer
Wish that this app can rotate vertically instead of horizontal. Like on a cell phone. For me most annoying holding vertically plus enlarging the camera video get distorted that the vehicle looks like a smart car instead of a SUV full size. That’s about it. 4 stars for not able to have it horizontal. Most other apps rotate to the way I’m holding the iPad.

Look at how many times our sensors have caused alarms in the past week. They are faulty!

Says it’s armed when it’s not. I’ve logged out and back in reset and tried everything and still does not work. It worked for a month then stopped
