The tech/usability in the tc app leaves a bit to be desired compared to our other house with a full Ring-based setup.
Not happy with the system can’t control settings via my cell phone. Our new home builder suggested and was why we elected to use Alpha Wolfe. Several sensors are grayed out what does that indicate? Not active…just disappointed once the contract ends we’re looking for another security service:(
Usually reliable alarm system. Exterior cameras aren’t 100% reliable capturing movement, but will allow viewing and recording. Tech and repair not always able to troubleshoot issues.
My husband and I are both having hard time getting things running smoothly using this app. Slow response time or not responding at all.
Everything worked for about one month. The doorbell would randomly disconnect/reconnect during that time and now I can’t even get it to reconnect at all. The audio going outbound to the doorbell is delayed about 10-15 seconds, and when you hold down to speak you can’t hear what the person at the door is saying which is frustrating.

Company will not fix cameras that have been bad for over a year.
When trying to use the app to arm or disarm the system (current hardware and firmware), using an Apple 16 pro, it takes at least 3 trys until it will set the alarm or disarm it. 3 try’s it just asks if you want to log in, I already was!!!!! Bad software, not getting better for years. My alarm provider agrees but says the can do nothing to help me!!!
Home section of app. Keeps removing display of Doorbell Cam. Login to app is very slow. No ability to schedule Arm/Disarm. Please add some simple features
Had this app installed for a year now with all the connect devices. Half the stuff doesn’t work, doorbell won’t chime, cameras can’t be adjusted. Would not recommend.
This app works when it wants to. Despite deleting and reinstalling, the same thing happens! It will crash at least once a day, or just spins forever and I have to use the key-fob. I tell you guys about it and I am told to take it up with EPS, then EPS says to take it up with you. Well guess what? You both are horrible! Do better by your customers or lose this one to a competitor!
The app doesn't work well. Needs tremendous improvement.
My TC 2.0 app has logged me out automatically on its own. Now it refuses to log me back in even though I’m giving proper credentials. Please fix this ASAP.

Keypad shows Ready to Arm / TC won't Arm Stay. Had to use keypad. TC should Refresh status automatically!

App was never great to begin with but now it's so much worse. I cannot login without getting some stupid opt in marketing pop up that I click no to every time. Cannot wait to be done with safestreets
Constant app failure that defeats the purpose of having an alarm. Cannot arm when away or disarm when coming back.
Sometimes thermostats show one temperature, app another. And sometimes when I open the app, the widgets (thermostats, cameras, etc) don’t display at all
Too often, the app fails to sign me in. Very inconvenient not to be able to disarm the alarm and enter my home.
Like the system. Needs PANIC button as an option on the phone app.
I would definitely look for another company for your security. This app is junk. It works maybe 49-50% of the time from your phone, but far to often you end up having to unlock the door and go back inside to set your alarm manually. Very not pleased. Will definitely be switching service provider.

I’ve been using TC 2.0 for quite a few years now. It seems to be just a bit slow to connect remotely, but it is useful and reliable. My concern is that I don’t see any way to add multi-factor authentication. This seems like one of those important “life apps” that should definitely have MFA turned on. We should be able to use an Authenticator app, YubiKey, passkey, etc. in addition to the password. Also, if I have the password and login, I can see the four digit code in my profile, so even if I have the setting turned on to require the passcode, it adds no security since the passcode can easily be discovered.
I’m seriously thinking of finding another service
This app mostly works fine but please add night mode. The white screen at night is tough to look at. Thanks.
It always says I’m not connected. It’s faster just to go in and turn off/on the alarm manually. I rarely can clear alarm issues and never when I’m away from the office.
App need seriously major update and changes it’s take forever for just login and same amount of time for arm or disarm alarm system totally bad app worst service …

This application needs so many improvements. It is so delayed in the response and is not as nearly as robust as Ring and other security solutions I’ve used in the past. I try to change the widgets on the dashboard and it does not stay following. There’s been a live instance where I tried to talk through the cameras to someone on the property and that did not work. Highly dissatisfied.
It is very hard to transfer services to a new owner, which makes the entire process cumbersome. This is extremely frustrating.

For the purpose of controlling the alarm panel, OK, but they list the ability to addd cameras. But only have one camera system listed and it a doorbell and NO according to SKYBELL it is not compatible. As an app developer it is disappointing to see yet another app built by a company that doesn’t understand the tech it’s using. FAIL

I wish I could say this system worked better than it does but it's anybody's guess when I open it whether it's going to work or not. Sometimes we just give up and let the alarm go off and go in the house and turn it off. Better technology would be appreciated
Every so often I have video that is blank. The camera detected motion but there is nothing to view.
Clips come in late delays
Consistently has issues and won’t let me arm or disarm through the app even though I can see all the codes are programmed and I am set as the master/administrator of the account.
